October 14 BOB- 14.10.09Well I managed to control my calorie intake yesterday even though I went to bed two hours earlier than usual! It is not easy to cut down when most of my calories previously were from high fat/sugar foods. Today I went to the gym and on return I had a protein drink, but at 150 calories with semi-skimmed milk! i need to consider having it with skimmed to save calories. Half a day has gone and I have already had 970 cals. My porridge was 270! I need to re think what I eat and when. I should have about 1400 cals a day to lose weight slowly and steadily but I would like to eat less than that if I could. I have had a couple of mild headaches but I put that down to not drinking enough water.
